Taken so I can stop sulking over not seeing any progress recently.
The right was in July, left was yesterday. Sometimes I wish I could speed the whole process up because it seems to take so long, but I suppose the most important thing is learning to be patient with it all. 90% of these results are down to clean eating. You don’t need to bust yourself at the gym 6 days a week, I promise. Just make sure you eat your protein!
p.s I’m a short-ass 5’6 for anyone who’s interested.
